Terms of Service

Welcome to AllPoint Duct Cleaning! By booking our residential and commercial duct cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Agreement  
By scheduling an appointment with AllPoint Duct Cleaning (hereinafter referred to as “AllPoint”), you agree to the scope of work outlined during the booking process. Our technicians will perform the duct cleaning services as outlined, and any additional services or changes must be approved by both parties in writing.

2. Waiver of Liability  
AllPoint takes every precaution to ensure safe and effective cleaning. However, by agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that unforeseen issues may arise during or after the service, including, but not limited to, damage to delicate components within your duct system or minor structural disturbances. You hereby waive and release AllPoint, its employees, and agents from any claims or damages resulting from these services unless such damage is due to gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. 48-Hour Cancellation Policy  
Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies, at AllPoint’s sole discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment  
All prices for duct cleaning services are provided in advance and are subject to change based on the specific conditions of your system. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and e-transfer.

5. Access to Property
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that access to the property is available at the scheduled service time. Our technicians must have clear access to all ducts and vents in order to complete the job. Failure to provide access may result in delays or rescheduling, and additional fees may apply.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee 
If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues, including providing a follow-up service if necessary.

7. Limitations of Service  
AllPoint is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or issues within your duct system that may be discovered during the cleaning process. We reserve the right to decline service if we believe there is a risk of injury or further damage.

8. Force Majeure
AllPoint will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our services due to events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, or labor strikes.

9. Privacy Policy
Any personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law or with your consent.

10. Amendments 
AllPoint reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance and will take effect immediately after posting on our website.
